Senior Pastor
James Thornton, Jr. is the Senior Pastor of RAPHA Kingdom Community Church. Pastor Thornton embodies the heart of a pastor and the spiritual discernment of a prophet. He walks in a spirit of Godly counsel and comes from a lineage of prayer and ministry, exemplified and deeply rooted by his parents and grandparents. He has served faithfully in men's ministry, praise & worship, prophetic ministry and in various ministerial roles and responsibilities for nearly 20 years. He is a proud graduate of The Gospel Lighthouse School of Ministry and has served as a volunteer chaplain in the Franklin County Juvenile system through the Youth for Christ BridgeBuilder's program. Pastor Thornton also believes in personal temple wellness and had been an established certified fitness instructor for over a decade. He supports the fellowship of men to gain insight and solutions for everyday situations that most Christian men are face with. Pastor James Thornton desires that Christian men have a passion to seek the Lord's face through consistent daily prayer. He and Pastor Tracy Thornton are Breakthrough Biblical Counseling graduates and were trained prophetically in Ministering Spiritual Gifts through Christian International Ministries. A skilled intercessor, Pastor Thornton is gifted in exercising the power of prayer with reported results and praise reports from many across the United States of America. He and is wife, Pastor Tracy Thornton are committed to empowering lives, reaching the lost and building up the Kingdom of God through unique and authentic evangelistic efforts! Together, they continue to inspire and incite their family towards righteous and holy living.
Administrative Pastor
Tracy G. Thornton serves as co-Pastor of RAPHA Kingdom Community Church. Pastor Tracy Thornton operates in the office of a prophet of the Lord Jesus Christ and the spirit of Godly counsel rests upon her. Pastor Thornton is a gifted preacher, teacher and administrator at Rapha Kingdom Community Church and is committed to reaching the community. She formerly served for several years as a volunteer chaplain in the Franklin County Juvenile system through the Youth for Christ BridgeBuilder's program and reached hundreds of youth and young adults throughout Central Ohio on staff as an outreach coordinator with Strategies Against Violence Everywhere. Pastor Thornton is a graduate from Gospel Lighthouse School of Ministry and holds a Degree in Small Business Management as well as a degree in Social and Human Services. She is a Breakthrough Biblical Counseling graduate and prophetically trained in Ministering Spiritual Gifts through Christian International Ministries. For more than a decade, she authored a blog and vlog titled “The Tuesday Morning Encouragement” that has reached nearly 100 countries! Pastor Tracy Thornton believes in the principle of the talents as taught by Jesus and uses each of her many gifts to produce a return on God's investment inside of her. She and her husband, Pastor James Thornton are committed to empowering lives, reaching the lost and building up the Kingdom of God through unique and authentic evangelistic efforts! Together, they continue to inspire and incite their family towards righteous and holy living.
